Pre-Construction / Dilapidation 3D models are ideal for the planning of future on-site activities with consideration to items such as access and egress, public protection and site accommodation and facilities. This can be coupled with a dilapidation inspection and report, which involves the identification and documentation of the existing conditions of areas both on and surrounding the project site. This can include items such as roadways, kerbs and channels, footpaths, authority assets and neighbouring properties.
Dilapidation reports are often a requirement of the relevant building authority prior to the commencement of works on-site. They are a protection method for all stakeholders, both internally and externally, and as such require accurate identification and documentation.
