Existing Conditions / Takeover scans are used to identify the existing conditions of a site prior to further works commencing. An effective tool to be used by incoming builders to identify works completed and this which are still outstanding, this type of scan can also be used to finalise insurance claims and provide a transparent approach to project completion.
