PROJECT SCOPE:
Captured, documented and reported on the existing conditions of 17 units within this apartment complex. The existing condition reports were then shared and agreed with unit owners prior to the commencement of remedial works to the buildings facade.

- 3D digital twin of all scope areas of the project.
- Bespoke project QR code.
- Dilapidation reports for each unit, building common area and surrounding ground floor.
