PROJECT SCOPE:

Captured, documented and reported on the existing conditions of 4 neighbouring properties adjacent to the project site. The existing condition reports were then shared and agreed with the neighbours prior to the commencement of building works.

XTOUR DELIVERABLES:

  • 3D digital twin of all scope areas of the project.
  • Dilapidation reports for each house surrounding the site as well as the roadway and council and authority assets.
  • Bespoke project QR codes for each report scope.
