Scan to model / Design development
Whilst point cloud datasets are an excellent source of information and accuracy, the interpretation of the data and its effective modelling, can at times be challenging for those without an intimate knowledge of the process. Xtour 3D, in partnership with X-Design, can take your collected point cloud dataset and create a project deliverable based on your projects requirements. These deliverables can range from 2D pdf plans to 3D REVIT models, which can then either be submitted to your consultant or client or used for further design development. Leveraging the ability to have an existing conditions 3D REVIT model generated, allows design teams to commence the workflow of design and documentation of the new project, without the laborious task of having to manually collect and model the existing conditions first.
